Hotel New Primula - Rimini

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! the location is absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw away from both the beach and the lively promenade. It made exploring the city center and finding the best ice-cream in town a breeze. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They even organized free tickets for us to a fantastic music festival at an old castle nearby. Lastly, the rooms, although basic, were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. It's always a relief to get a good night's sleep away from home.

There was nothing that could have been improved - everything was excellent!

Location wise, it's perfectly located in a buzzing area with a broad array of restaurants and shops around. the transport links to city sites are also very convenient. the view from my room was breathtaking and the room itself has a spacious bathroom. Last but not least, breakfast was outstanding with fresh options.

Check-in was a fiasco due to the unprofessional nature of the reception staff.

Great location, close to beach, city center, and shops. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Super friendly staff, especially Leonard. They went out of their way to help and even organized free tickets for a music festival. Excellent breakfast. Useful amenities like air conditioning and a small balcony.

My Easter stay was incredible! The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and the town center. I loved the fact that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and made the atmosphere inviting. The added bonus was the free tickets to local events, which made my stay even more enjoyable!

Although I had a great experience, I do think the breakfast selection could be improved. The coffee wasn't up to par and the food was limited.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the value for money was excellent. I paid a very reasonable price for my stay and I felt like I got so much in return. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The basic amenities provided in the room were of good quality and added to the overall comfort of my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. And last but not least, the breakfast spread was marvelous. There were plenty of options to choose from, including both sweet and savory items, satisfying all tastes.

No complaints at all, it was a fantastic stay.

everything was super great - hotel facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, staff. Close to transportation and in a central location to explore the city. Nothing that we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, only a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests we had. One of the best things about our stay was the cleanliness of the room, which included fresh linens and towels every day.

While the hotel was generally comfortable and enjoyable, we did have a bit of trouble with the breakfast. The options were limited and some of the food wasn't the freshest. Additionally, the noise level from the rooms next to us was sometimes bothersome, making it a bit difficult to sleep at night. however, our experience was largely positive and we enjoyed our time at this hotel.
